To get some shots for our news programme's golf story we needed to use the facilities of Barnsley golf club in Mapplewell, Barnsley. here is the permission slip/contract we drew up and took to the manager of the club to sign giving us permission to film on the property so there are no health and safety or copy write issues. The shot took 3 different days to film as we encountered problems with the camera. here is the slip for the successful day and a picture of the golf course :
